Minimum Numbers

If the minimum number of clients required for a workshop is not reached 8 weeks before departure, we reserve the right to cancel, modify the tour, or charge an additional fee to each participant.

Alterations to Itinerary

While we aim to adhere to planned itineraries, factors beyond our control may necessitate changes (e.g., adverse weather, road closures). Flexibility is maintained during the tour, with the trip leader having the final say on itinerary adjustments.

Tour Leader Authority

The trip leader's decisions on tour conduct, itinerary, and objectives are final. If a participant's behavior jeopardizes safety or group harmony, the leader may decide on their continued participation, with no entitlement to a refund if asked to leave.

Client Etiquette

Clients are expected to adhere to local laws and regulations.

Leaving a Workshop Early

If a participant leaves a trip early, any duty of care ceases, and there is no automatic refund for unused services.

Insurance

Participants must have insurance covering personal injury, property, and third-party liability during the workshop. Emergency medical and evacuation costs are the participant's responsibility.

Passports, Vaccinations, and Visas

Participants are responsible for valid travel documents and compliance with passport, visa, and vaccination requirements.

Good Health

Participants must be fit for the chosen trip, and any pre-existing medical conditions must be declared. Changes in health conditions must be reported before departure.

Rockover Production Workshops' Responsibilities

Participants engage at their own risk, and the company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages. Damages are limited to the holiday price.

Rockover Production Workshops offers Land Only tours. Participants are responsible for flights and must arrive on time for the trip's commencement.
